Modern multistoried car parking buildings are to be put into service in densely populated areas of Ashgabat. About six thousand cars can be parked at parking buildings designed for 400 or 240 cars each. As of today, business entities have already completed works at six of them. Ten more parks (3 for 400 cars and 7 for 240 cars) shall be commissioned by construction companies within a month. For the convenience of car owners the garage s are completed with two passenger elevators. All parking spaces in buildings are equipped with sensors that signal through an information board at the entrance on floors with free parking lots. Car parks are connected to fire alarm systems and speakerphones. At the entrance of some garages self-checkout machines with tollgates are installed. There will be 8 shops on the ground floors of buildings, where 400 cars will be parked, and car washes at smaller parking lots. Multistoried garages have harmoniously fitted into the architectural look of the rapidly developing capital, having diversified its shape with stylistic originality, and expanded comfortable environment for living in Ashgabat.
