The issues of the development of railway branch, construction of Turkmenbashy International Sea Port, modernization of television, radio, digital broadcasting and communication network were discussed during the working session for further modernization and improvement of transport and communication sphere of Turkmenistan Specific measures for provision of high quality services of transport and communication complex, laying of new transnational fibre optic communication lines were outlined in this context. The working session, were the situation and directions of further work in construction sector, energy and communal service as well as in the infrastructure of the regions, Ashgabat and Avaza National Tourist zone were discussed, took place on the same date. During the session, the issues of improvement of professional competency of the heads, management personnel, training of high-class specialists, who are to provide the efficiency of the reforms of national economy, were discussed.
