Last week, 26 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.
Representatives of business circles from Türkiye, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan purchased cotton yarn and cotton fibre using foreign currency. The total amount of transactions amounted to more than 3 million 526 thousand USA dollars.
For the domestic market, domestic entrepreneurs purchased base oil (SC «Türkmennebit»), as well as cottonseed oil, wheat flour, and raw silk for a total of 173 million 734 thousand manats.
