Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, having completed a working visit to the Balkan velayat, arrived at Turkmenbashy international airport for his flight to the capital. Here the head of state was seen off by officials of the country.

Colourful performances by artists took place at the airport in the city of Turkmenbashy. The inspiring songs and music reflected the great achievements of the Revival era of the new epoch of the powerful state, the impressive labour victories, and the large-scale transformations initiated by Hero-Arkadag, now successfully implemented under the leadership of Arkadagly Hero Serdar.

Here, members of the Cabinet of Ministers and heads of military and law enforcement agencies warmly congratulated President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the successful completion of his visit to the Balkan velayat. In addition, congratulations were expressed to the head of state and Hero-Arkadag on the occasion of the commissioning of the new dry cargo vessel «Gadamly».

As noted, the country continues to implement high-level socio-economic development programs in its regions, including the Balkan velayat, opening new horizons for economic growth and contributing to a sustainable improvement in the population's standard of living.

The head of state wished everyone continued success in their responsible work and departed for the capital.

The working visit of Arkadagly Hero Serdar to the Balkan velayat was further confirmation that the implementation of large-scale reforms aimed at further developing the regions of the country is continuing successfully. During the visit, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov gave his blessing for the first international voyage of the new dry cargo vessel «Gadamly». This event added to the annals of achievements for the year «Independent neutral Turkmenistan – the homeland of purposeful winged horses», becoming evidence of the effectiveness of the work being carried out to develop the transport and logistics infrastructure of the Fatherland.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov's consistent efforts to successfully implement the radical reforms initiated by Hero Arkadag across all sectors of the economy are contributing to confident advancement of the country to new heights of development.

Currently, the material and technical base of the maritime fleet of Turkmenistan is being consistently modernised. Particular attention is paid to training highly qualified specialists for the industry, as well as to mastering advanced technologies and the latest achievements of global science, which is a key condition for the successful completion of assigned tasks.
