The December 2025 issue of the electronic magazine Arkadagly Ýaşlar, published under the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, has been presented to readers.

The opening pages feature an extensive article titled «Täze eser – ýaşlar üçin belent serpaý», which thoroughly highlights the significance of the publication of the new book by the esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, «Türkmenistanyň Bitaraplygy – parahatçylygyň we ynanyşmagyň aýdyň ýoly» Readers are also offered materials devoted to the importance of the international forum held in Ashgabat on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality, the content of the adopted Ashgabat Declaration, and the broad international support for the peaceful initiatives put forward by the country.
