Administration Centre of Mary Velayat held laying of foundation stone ceremony of 4-store living house under social programme of construction of free accommodations for disabled persons. First cubic meter of concrete was laid to the foundation of the apartment building. The Chairperson and deputies of the Mejlis, heads of city and velayat administration, representatives of political and non-governmental organizations and working groups, the elders and youth took part in the ceremony. New apartments will provide comfortable living for new tenants. The entrances and staircase of new house will have special handrails and ramps for the convenience of the residents. New house will be located in living estate with diversified social infrastructure what is important for people with impaired physical capabilities. There are kindergartens, comprehensive schools, trade complexes, medical facilities and sport centre in the walking distance.
