Administration Centre of Lebap Velayat holds the ceremony of laying of foundation stone of living house for disabled person and other citizens requiring special social protection. The Chairperson and deputies of the Mejlis, leaders of local administration, enterprises and organizations, the elders and youth, construction workers of Zerger ferroconcrete structures plant, who are entrusted to build the facility, gathered there. First shovels of concrete were put into the foundation of 4-store building. The building will be erected in the city centre near velayat diagnostics centre and the centre of emergency medical aid. The projects stipulates establishment of maximum comfort conditions for people with limited physical abilities. There are sport ground and children playgrounds, the green zone, which first saplings were planted by the participants of the event.
