On the 16th of September, 2025, in the city of Arkadag, built on the basis of the «smart city» concept on the initiative of Hero Arkadag, a solemn ceremony of handing over the keys to apartments in beautiful residential buildings was held on the occasion of the upcoming celebration of the 34th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence. This was a wonderful holiday gift for happy residents.
Speakers at the solemn ceremony especially noted that such joyful moments became possible thanks to the efforts of Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state. As emphasised, this is the result of state policy, one of the priority areas of which is concern for improving the well-being of the population.
The happy owners of new apartments expressed deep gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for their constant attention to improving the social and living conditions of the country's citizens and addressed wishes for good health, inexhaustible energy and further great success in their activities for the benefit of the people and the Fatherland.
