The new bridge will strengthen trade relations between neighboring states and allow for uninterrupted transportation of cargo and passengers. New automobile bridge with two lanes in both directions is planned to be mounted from special reinforced concrete structures. At a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, the President emphasized the need for early development of design documentation for construction. Turkmenistan has formed a modern transportation infrastructure; the country is taking initiatives for the creation of logistics centers and international transit corridors.
