Independent neutral Turkmenistan attaches a huge significance of intensification of multiplane partnership with states of the planet and international structures and here again a special place is given to intensification of interaction in the sphere of public health services. In this regard, the activity of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship and the strengthening of international cooperation in this area is remarkable.

It is necessary to note that as a result of successful realisation of large-scale reforms initiated by Hero-Arkadag in promotion of principles of the healthy way of life in our society under the wise leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov became one of the important areas of the socially focused state policy.

As known, in the country on the occasion of World Health Day various physical training and sports actions were held. Organization of the mass bicycle ride on this holiday, which takes an important place in the life of our people, became a noble tradition and participation of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov in it raised its level and importance.

All this clearly attested to acknowledgement of huge attention given in the country to promotion of principles of the healthy way of life, popularisation of physical culture and sports among the population, including the youth and children. A long list of participants of the mass bicycle ride organised on the occasion of World Health Day, testifies to steady growth of admirers of cycling - one of the non-polluting sports.

It is necessary to point out that the ecological issue is especially significant in maintenance of the healthy way of life in society. Recently President Serdar Berdimuhamedov gave a start to the spring tree-planting season with saplings of trees in the country. Organization of the action in different corners of our fatherland with a wide pace, in unity and coherence, including in Arkadag city, became another evidence of active participation of our people in such noble cause, which is considered so throughout centuries.

It testifies to adherence of Turkmen nationals, young and old men, to principles of the healthy and active way of life. The given action inspires our courageous people, especially the youth, into new labour victories, high achievements and it serves a concrete result of the huge work carried out by the state for maintenance of happy and peaceful life of population.

The number of supporters of the noble spring tree planting action grows in the country and it promotes expansion of wood zones. Successful realisation of the National forest program shows importance of interrelation of the individual and environment, love of people for nature.

Turkmenistan has gained a wide experience and all conditions for conduction of trainings, preparations of sportsmen and high quality profile experts, organisations of competitions of regional and world levels are created. The capital multipurpose Olympic village, which does not have an analogue in the region, can serve the best example for it. Here all possibilities for the youth, including women and girls to practise physical culture and sports of higher achievements are provided.

In recent years sportsmen and sportswomen of Turkmenistan, which has been recognized worldwide as the country, following the way of dynamical development, actively participating in large international competitions, achieve good results. Their high awards serve another acknowledgement of maintenance of gender equality in our country. All this has a special significance in the context of development of the healthy younger generation.

The constructive solution of the issues connected with protection of motherhood and childhood, family values, development of creative and intellectual potential of women as well as demonstration of skill of our sportswomen, is designated as priorities of the state policy of Turkmenistan.

Protection of public health especially that of the rising generation, is under steadfast attention of the state, and work carried out in this area yields positive results. In the given context, it is necessary to mark that the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation plays a significant role in this noble cause for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship. Education of the physically strong, spiritually rich growing generation, protection of health of the mother and child are important areas of the state policy and this noble cause is based on humane traditions of our ancestors.

Thus, being guided by the wise statement of doctor Arkadag «Without healthy mother there will be no healthy child», these issues are solved at high level and are enriched with the new content. All conditions are created to improve health of mothers, their physical, social, financial and psychological well-being that is the main component in development of the healthy generation and maintenance of harmonious development of children.

The measures taken are aimed at successful solution of goals, designated in the Government program «Saglyk», developed under the initiative and thanks to indefatigable efforts of doctor Arkadag, yield positive results. According to the Program in different corners of the country, in Ashgabat and Arkadag cities medical centres equipped with the latest technologies of leading world manufacturers and innovative devices were constructed.

Increase of professional level of doctors working in these centres, and providing of modern medical services by them ensure an effective character of work in the sphere of public health services. In this connection, improvement of health of the growing generation and prevention of child diseases were defined as important goals.

The work carried out according to requirements of the time and international standards in the modern medical-diagnostic centres is aimed at effective solution of the goals facing the given sphere. It is investments, which will provide the happy future for generations. In this regard, it is necessary to mention that the initiatives, which have been put forward by doctor Arkadag, are successfully realised under the leadership of Arkadagly Hero Serdar that creates preconditions for perfection of system of public health services along with other spheres.

It is necessary to note that by the level of equipment of medical centres with the latest technologies our country ranks with leading countries in the world. All it attests to the fact that our sovereign fatherland where the care of public health is  considered as the highest asset, enters into the number of priority areas of the socially oriented policy realised by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. In the given context,  a great significance is given to the health of young Turkmen nationals and  maintenance of their harmonious development.

In the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state under the leadership  of the President of Turkmenistan all conditions are provided for education of the physically strong, patriotic, hardworking rising generation attached to humane principles. The state takes necessary measures to improve health of mothers, maintenance of conformity of work carried out in this area to international standards. At the same time, our sunny land provides all possibilities for children to get worthy education, to expand their outlook and to develop high moral qualities.

In this connection, it is necessary to point out organization of the International conference « “The Year of Peace and Trust: Development of International Activities for the Sake of Children» in Arkadag city on the occasion of the 4th anniversary of formation of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship under the chairmanship of Vice-President of the Foundation for Medical Activities Oguljahan Atabayeva. The agenda of the forum, in which numerous representatives of foreign countries took part, included the issues connected with health of the rising generation, the possibilities created for disclosing their talents and activization of international cooperation in this area.

On the sidelines the international conference celebration of winners of the competition «The International year of peace and trust: an outlook, world outlook of children», organised under the aegis of Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship.

As Hero-Arkadag noted, surrounding of children with all-round care and love is an ancient tradition. Our people always showed great big love of children. And consequently today in our country such national principles inherited from our ancestors as humaneness and support of the needy, are developed according to the spirit of the present epoch.

Addressing the International conference «The Year of peace and trust: development of the international activity for the sake of children», timed to the 4th anniversary of establishment of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, Vice-President of the Foundation for medical Activity Oguljahan Atabayeva underlined that such representative structure of its participants testifies to the great mutual interest in cooperation, understanding of its prospects and readiness for implementation of joint goals in interests of children.

As Oguljahan Atabayeva pointed out, for the past time from the moment of the establishment of the Foundation, many important and useful projects have been implemented and practical experience has been gained, there have emerged new initiatives and areas of work. At the same time, it was underlined that today the Foundation actively participates in international humanitarian cooperation of Turkmenistan, including in realisation of large-scale and long-term strategy and United Nations Organization’s programs among which a special place occupies achievement of the Goals of sustainable development stated in the Global Agenda 2030. 

O.Atabayeva underlined that Turkmenistan consistently speaks at forums of high level worldwide with initiatives and the proposals aimed at attaching a humanitarian character to interstate relations. Such approach based on care of mank6ind, solidarity and mutual support, should become important criterion and a basis in the international humanitarian work, and Turkmenistan is completely convinced of it. It was in this connection underlined that first of all it concerns activity of international, public and charitable organisations, the goals and objectives of which should be aimed at solution of problems and requirements of people, care of them.

As was marked, the Charitable Foundation regularly allocates funds to carry out various operations in hospitals of the capital and velayats, treatment of young Turkmen nationals, brought up in children's homes, specialised schools and boarding schools, acquisition of medical means and equipment. These children get various medical services and rehabilitation in the local medical institutions.

In this plan, the dynamics of international humanitarian interaction of the Foundation with other states and authoritative international structures is remarkable. The similar format of cooperation is an effective way of exchange of experience and innovative methods. It is also necessary to note that the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship participates in realisation of joint projects and international initiatives.

Recently, the delegation of our country at the head of Vice-President of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship for Medical Activity Oguljahan Atabayeva has made a working visit to the Principality of Monaco.

Within the visit a meeting with Thomas Brezzo, President of the National Council of Monaco, in which the exchange of opinions on issues in the field of public health services and environment protection, and target international interaction took place.

The delegation of our country also met with Prince of Monaco Albert II. At the meeting, issues of popularisation of principles of the healthy way of life, and activization of peace dialogue and advancement of principles of friendship and brotherhood between people were considered.

During the meetings which were held in the atmosphere of mutual respect and trust, it was noted that sports is fully considered as a key tool for maintenance and strengthening of global peace and the relations based on good will.

As known, National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during his visit to the Principality of Monaco on January 20 of this year held a meeting with Prince of Monaco Albert II.

Discussing possibilities of cooperation and actual aspects of the world policy, the parties confirmed adherence to expansion of constructive partnership, including within the authoritative structures. Issues of activization of humanitarian dialogue and deepening of relations in spheres of culture, sports and tourism taking into account potentials of two countries were considered. In this connection, importance of promotion of interaction in the field of circus art was underlined.

As was marked, the world tourist community shows a growing interest in Turkmenistan, therefore achievements of Monaco in this area will stimulate to target contacts and exchange of useful experience.

In this regard, it is necessary to note achievements of the Group of national horse games «Galkynyş». It is especially remarkable that during the visit of Hero-Arkadag to the Principality of Monaco the Group successfully acted at the 47th International circus festival in Monte-Carlo and as result, received the Gold award and other special prizes. The given event became another evidence of international level of the national circus art revived at the initiative of the National Leader of the Turkmen people.

It is also necessary to underline that during meetings within the visit of Hero-Arkadag to the Principality of Monaco presence of big prospects for expansion of cultural-humanitarian dialogue, in particular interactions with the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship was marked. Discussion of these points were considerably promoted during the visit of the Vice-President of the Foundation to the friendly country: new areas of cooperation in this sphere were planned.

It is also necessary to note that data on the successes reached by our country under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and roots of developed national principles of humanism, which have nowadays found worthy continuity, are widely highlighted in the world mass media.

All-round reflection of large-scale reforms implemented in Turkmenistan and their results in the international information field once again confirms achievements of our state in this area and at the same time its aspiration by new high boundaries.

In the given context, cooperation of Turkmenistan and leading information TV channel Euronews, which regularly highlights important events in our country and its successes that fully speaks of interest increasing in independent neutral Turkmenistan and its actions during the recent years on international scene is remarkable.

In a word, all this attests to successful realisation of humanistic endeavours of Hero-Arkadag under the leadership of Arkadagly Hero Serdar.
