Vice President for Medical Activities of the Charitable Foundation meets Assistant to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On March 29, 2025, a meeting took place between Oguljahan Atabayeva, Vice President for Medical Activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, and Saida Mirziyoyeva, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Saida Mirziyoyeva arrived in Turkmenistan to participate in the International Conference "Year of Peace and Trust: Development of International Activities for Children."

The Vice President for Medical Activities of the Charitable Foundation thanked the Assistant to the President of Uzbekistan for accepting the invitation and actively participating in the international forum. She also conveyed warm greetings from the Hero-Arkadag and President of Turkmenistan to President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

Saida Mirziyoeva expressed gratitude for the invitation to participate in the high-level international conference, highlighting its significance for discussing important topics such as child health protection and joint actions in this direction. 

The guest noted that the beauty and opportunities of the "smart" city of Arkadag left an unforgettable impression on her. The creation of such a city in a short time demonstrates Turkmenistan's vast economic potential. The conference's location further enhanced its importance.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that noble principles such as friendship, brotherhood, humanism, good neighborliness, and mutual assistance have united the peoples of the two countries for centuries, forming the basis of their relations. Currently, these principles are reflected in intergovernmental ties, with particular importance given to healthcare cooperation.

The guest, noting that she had witnessed the extensive work in developing Turkmenistan's healthcare system, highly appreciated the success in improving its base achieved through the initiatives of the Hero-Arkadag and efforts of the President of Turkmenistan. She highlighted the importance of the activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship.

Saida Mirziyoyeva noted that Uzbekistan fully supports Turkmenistan's initiatives in child health protection and reiterated her readiness to exchange experiences with the Turkmen side, strengthen cooperation, and work jointly to achieve common goals.
