Today, a meeting took place between Oguljahan Atabayeva, Vice President for Medical Activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, and Akmaral Alnazarova, Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who arrived in our country to participate in the International Conference "Year of Peace and Trust: Development of International Activities for Children".

Thanking the guest on behalf of the Turkmen side for accepting the invitation to participate in the representative international forum, Vice President for Medical Activities of the Foundation O. Atabayeva noted that Turkmen-Kazakh relations, based on ties of friendship, brotherhood, and good-neighborliness, are developing across a wide range of areas. She also conveyed warm words from the Hero-Arkadag and President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

In turn, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan expressed gratitude for the opportunity to participate in the international-level forum and noted the special symbolism of holding this conference in Turkmenistan during the International Year of Peace and Trust. 

In this context, the importance of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship in strengthening humanitarian ties in the region and the world was highlighted.

It was emphasized that the Charitable Foundation regularly allocates financial resources for conducting various surgical operations for children in need of care in healthcare institutions of the capital and velayats, for the treatment of young Turkmen citizens living and studying in orphanages, specialized schools, and boarding schools, as well as for purchasing medical supplies for them. 

The dispatch of humanitarian aid to several countries around the world is a vivid example of the important role of the Charitable Foundation in developing and strengthening friendly relations between states.

The Minister of Health of the fraternal country highly appreciated the work of the Foundation, noting that it is a clear demonstration of the special attention paid in Turkmenistan to the harmonious development and health of children.

In conclusion, Oguljahan Atabayeva, Vice President for Medical Activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, and Akmaral Alnazarova, Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, expressed confidence in the further successful development of bilateral cooperation in the healthcare sector.
