On March 19, 2025, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met with the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Çalyk Holding Group of Companies, Ahmet Çalyk.

Having expressed sincere gratitude to Hero Arkadag for the time devoted to the meeting, the businessman emphasized that he was proud of Turkmenistan's high achievements in all areas, noting that this is clear evidence of the successful implementation of the initiatives of the National Leader of the Turkmen people under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

Having informed about the construction works carried out by the company he heads in our country, Ahmet Çalık expressed gratitude for the created broad opportunities for the implementation of important projects, and taking the opportunity, congratulated Hero-Arkadag, the head of state and all the Turkmen people on the holy month of Oraza, as well as on the upcoming holiday of Novruz.

Having thanked for the congratulations and kind words, Hero-Arkadag noted that he was glad to see the Turkish businessman within the framework of the International Conference “International Year of Peace and Trust: the Role of Interregional Economic Cooperation in Ensuring Sustainable Development” held in the capital.

Having noted that the socio-economic programs implemented in Turkmenistan and the favorable investment climate created provide an opportunity to increase cooperation, Hero-Arkadag emphasized the significant role of large Turkish companies, and in particular, “Çalyk Holding”, in further activating and improving this partnership. As noted, the healthcare, manufacturing and energy facilities built and commissioned by this company, equipped with advanced technologies, are of great importance in the development of the Fatherland.

The large facilities being commissioned and under construction create conditions for the effective operation of healthcare and medical industry workers. The large-scale work carried out within the framework of the State Program "Saglyk" will contribute to the development of this area in accordance with the best world practices, strengthening the health of the people and increasing human life expectancy, said Hero-Arkadag, emphasizing that Turkmenistan always gives preference to scientifically based approaches, advanced technologies and cost-effective solutions in the projects it implements.

In this regard, the National Leader of the Turkmen people expressed confidence that the Turkish company will continue to widely apply new technologies and innovative equipment in its activities. At the end of the meeting, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Çalyk Holding group of companies Ahmet Çalyk wished each other good health, prosperity and great success in their work.
