The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the occasion of his birthday.

«The traditionally friendly relations between Turkmenistan and Russia, which are long-term and strategic in nature, are constantly developing in a wide range of areas. I am firmly convinced that through joint efforts, Turkmen-Russian interstate relations and mutually beneficial partnership will continue to strengthen for the benefit of our peoples», –Hero-Arkadag emphasised in his message.
