National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in the Islamic Republic of Iran on a working visit.

Upon arrival of Hero Arkadag at the Mehrabad International Airport of Tehran, decorated with the flags of two friendly neighbouring states, high-ranking officials cordially welcomed him at the steps of the plane, next to which the Guard of Honour lined up.

The current visit of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the results of the high-level talks are intended to significantly strengthen the interstate dialogue, filling it with new practical content.
