On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Estonia, Mr. Alar Karis, and the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Noting that the relations between our countries are based on mutual respect, equality and trust, the head of Turkmenistan emphasized our country's interest in expanding bilateral ties and expressed confidence in the further development of cooperation in the interests of both peoples through joint efforts.

Taking the opportunity, the head of state wished President Alar Karis good health, happiness and well-being, and the people of Estonia further progress and prosperity.
