At the international hockey tournament ongoing in Ashgabat, the matches of the fourth round ended today.

In the afternoon at the large arena of the Sports Complex for winter sports match took place in group “A” between the teams “Oman Nationals” (Oman) and Ice Box Iran Mall (Iran). The meeting took place with noticeable advantage of the Iranians, who scored into the goal in the first period Omanis one goal, in the second - three and in the third - two, winning with a clean sheet with a score of 6:0. Thus, one round before the end of the group tournament “Galkan” with 100% result 12 points early became the winner in the group "A", securing a place in the final. For second place in the group, giving the right to play the match for the bronze medals of the tournament, the Uzbek “Feniks” and “Ice Box Iran Mall” (Iran), which have 6 points each. They close the tournament table in-group “A” “Bahrain Ice Hockey Club” and “Oman Nationals”, for which there are no points yet. Galkan's opponent in the final will be determined on April 19 in the final day of competition in group “B”, in which before the last round from 9 ADIHIC-Kazan is in the lead in points. Belarusian “Volat” and Kazakh "Aqmola". “Dordoi” is in fourth position with 3 points. The “Team-Turkiye” team, which has no points, closes the standings. In the final round, the matches of which will take place on April 19, they will play: group “A” – “Ice Box Iran Mall” (Iran) – “Feniks” (Uzbekistan), “Oman Nationals (Oman) – Bahrain Ice Hockey Club (Bahrain); and in group “B” –

“Dordoi” (Kyrgyzstan) – “Volat” (Belarus), “ADIHIC-Kazan” (Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation) – “Aqmola” (Kazakhstan).

Based on the results of these meetings, the pairs of teams that will play in final and in the match for 3rd place.
