President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and the Government of the country, as well as on his own behalf, sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on his ascension to the throne as Emir of the State of Kuwait.

“We highly value the fraternal relations between Turkmenistan and the State of Kuwait. I firmly believe that, thanks to joint efforts, relations between the two countries will continue to develop and expand in the interests of our peoples,” the message says.

Taking this opportunity, the head of state addressed Emir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah with wishes of sound health, inexhaustible energy and happiness, and peace, progress and prosperity to the brotherly people of the State of Kuwait.
