In the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State in an independent neutral Fatherland receives great attention development of the women's movement. Being one of the largest public organizations of the country, whose ranks unite thousands the most active participants in the grandiose achievements of today, the Women's Union acts as an authoritative force in the implementation creative transformations initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and now successfully implemented President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

The state provides women with all kinds of benefits, creates conditions for their dignified life and creative work, on ensuring gender equality at the legislative level. Currently time of the representative of the fair half of Turkmen society work in government structures - legislative, executive authorities, participate in foreign policy activities, successfully engage in entrepreneurship and make a significant contribution to implementation of ambitious programs aimed at bringing native Fatherland in a number of developed countries of the world. At the same time, it should be noted that the country is carrying out comprehensive work to comply with their rights and interests, family support, protection of motherhood and childhood. The practical steps taken in this direction are highly assessed by the international community.

Another confirmation of this was the presentation to the Central Council of the Women's Union of Turkmenistan on November 29, 2023 on the sidelines of the 22^nd Ministerial Conference CAREC medal and corresponding Certificate for Promoting Gender Equality Programs Central Asian Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) Asian Development Bank, which is a multi-year partner of our country.

The Central Council of the Women's Union of Turkmenistan along with relevant organizations of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, China, Pakistan, Mongolia took part in the competition announced by ADB and conducted in several stages. At the women's business forum, which took place in the capital of Georgia - the city of Tbilisi, the Central Council of the Women's Union our country, which has demonstrated high results in promoting gender equality, equal rights in society, in the winner's award was presented in a solemn atmosphere.

This event is one of the unforgettable in the life of Turkmen women of the year. “Happy youth with Arkadag Serdar” became another bright evidence of recognition by the world community of a large-scale activities carried out under the leadership of the President of Turkmenistan to ensure gender equality in society, further strengthening and developing the principles of democracy in the country.
