The construction rates of Garlyk potash mining and processing complex in Koytendag district of Lebap province have been accelerated due to mobilizing additional forces of local companies and increase of labor resources. The project procures essential construction materials from domestic market. The required number of construction machinery is involved. Construction of the complex is realized in accordance with the agreements concluded between State Concern “Turkmenhimiya” and ""Belgorkhimprom"" (Belarus). The Belarusian side intends to complete all the ground works before 1 February 2017, and underground works - until 20 February in order to the complex into operation on 31 March. The construction of new industrial giant Turkmenistan - potash mining and processing complex - is in line with comprehensive industrialization program aimed at the unleashing economic potential of the country and realizing export promotion drive.
