On behalf of the people of Herat province and on my own behalf, I express my deep gratitude to Your Excellency for the humanitarian aid you sent to the Afghan people affected by the devastating earthquake that occurred on the 7th of October of 2023 in the Afghan province of Herat, and for the sadaqah you gave in the city of Arkadag.
I wish you success in your activities to further develop friendly and fraternal relations between the two countries, including the construction of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline.
Of course, the outstretched helping hand to the Afghan people, the constructive diplomatic relations carried out by you and the President of Turkmenistan will contribute to the peaceful life of the peoples of the two countries.
