Your concern for improving the quality of life of the population, raising a physically strong and spiritually rich perfect generation is one of the most important priorities of the state policy of independent neutral Turkmenistan. Thanks to your efforts, a solid legal foundation of state guarantees for the protection of motherhood and childhood has been created in our country, large-scale work is being successfully carried out in the name of a prosperous life, recreation, strengthening and restoration of the health of our people in modern conditions.

Under your leadership, the activities of the country's healthcare institutions are being systematically improved. In particular, in order to protect children's health, health and rehabilitation centres are being built, equipped with equipment that meets modern requirements. Vivid evidence of this is also the favorable conditions created at the Children's Health and Rehabilitation Centre named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in the city of Arkadag.

In our country, under your leadership, great opportunities and all conditions are being created for the younger generation. In this case, special attention is paid to children in need of support. In this direction, the work of the Charitable Foundation to provide assistance to children in need of care named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov is carried out by the Council of Elders under the Foundation. The Foundation makes a significant contribution to the successful implementation of the state’s humanitarian and social policy and charitable activities.

Awarding you with the medal of Turkmenistan «Arkadag» on holidays, taking into account your outstanding services in creating in our country legal guarantees for the protection and provision of legitimate human interests, in constant support of the activities of the Charitable Foundation for providing assistance to children in need of care named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, which embodies the noble principles of our ancestors, in the development of charitable activities, implementing the principles of humanism, justice and mutual assistance, increased the joy of our people.

A clear confirmation of this is the sending, thanks to your efforts, of humanitarian cargo consisting of medicines, medical supplies, textiles and various food products to children affected by a strong earthquake in Turkey, children of Ukraine, the people of fraternal Afghanistan, and children of the Primorsky Territory of the Russian Federation. This charitable activity further strengthens the foundation of good neighborly and friendly relations based on the humane principles and traditions of the Turkmen people.
