The President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, sent his sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of India, Mrs. Draupadi Murma, the Prime Minister of the Republic of India, Narendra Modi, and all the people of the country on the occasion of the National Holiday of the Republic of India - Independence Day.

«We express great interest in the further development of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of India, and also declare our commitment to deepening our friendly and mutually beneficial relations based on respect, understanding and trust in each other. I am firmly convinced that these relations will continue to be systematically built up in the interests of our peoples», –the head of state said.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, the President of Turkmenistan addressed President Draupadi Murma and Prime Minister Narendra Modi with wishes of good health, happiness and well-being, and all the people of the Republic of India - peace, further progress and prosperity.
