The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated the Hero of Turkmenistan, instructor-test cosmonaut, commander of the cosmonaut corps of the State Space Corporation «Roscosmos» Oleg Kononenko on his birthday.
