President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan as well as on his own behalf sent his warm congratulations and best regards to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Michael Mishustin and all people of the country on the occasion of Russia Day.

“Relations between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation are based on strong bonds of friendship and good neighbourhood. At present, the traditional interstate dialogue successfully develops on a wide spectrum of areas. The constructive dialogue at the governmental level that promotes timely solution of set tasks is maintained,” the President of Turkmenistan underlined, having expressed confidence that as a result of joint efforts, the strategic Turkmen-Russian partnership will further develop and deepen dynamically in the spirit of mutually beneficial cooperation for the benefit of our countries and peoples.
