Today, a start of state level festivities held in the Turkmen capital on the occasion of Constitution and National Flag Day of Turkmenistan, continued in the modern housing complex "Parahat-7".

Here with participation of National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov the opening ceremony of a 9-storeyed house of 54 flats (3, 4-roomed) with modern conveniences took place.

Heads and deputies of the Mejlis, members of the Khalk Maslakhaty, representatives of public organisations, khyakimliks of Ashgabat city, honourable elders and grey-haired mothers as well as representatives of the mass media and the youth took part in the event.

Having congratulated the gathered with the double holiday - Day of the Constitution and the National Flag of Turkmenistan, Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov underlined that in our independent neutral fatherland important dates are marked by opening of residential areas and other social and industrial projects in different corners of the country.

The opening of the new apartment house is an embodiment visual evidence of implementation of the motto of Arkadagly Serdar “The Homeland is the Homeland only with the people! The state is a state only with the people!” and success in achievement of great goals, Hero-Arkadag said, having expressed confidence that deputies will bring a worthy contribution to further dynamical development of our fatherland, indefatigably working upon improvement of the quality of life of Turkmen nationals, strengthening stability and maintenance of legal basis of the state.

National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov once again congratulated participants of the ceremony on the significant event and wished deputies and members of their families happy house warming and prosperity.

During the event Chairwoman of the Mejlis D.Gulmanova who congratulated Hero-Arkadag and Turkmen nationals on the commissioning of the house and Day of the Constitution and National Flag of the country, symbolising an indestructible unity of our fatherland, democratic structure and traditions of national statehood.

Then, deputy of the Mejlis G.Ashyrov sincerely congratulated all on the double holiday and commissioning of the new house, having noted importance of this event in the life of deputies.

The solemn event was accompanied by musical performance of actors that increased the joyful mood of participants, who warmly congratulated new tenants. By tradition of Turkmen hospitality, they invited guests to their new flats.

National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the apartment of the family of deputy of the Mejlis B.Khajymammedov.

Having congratulated new tenants on the double holiday, Hero-Arkadag familiarised with the layout and furniture of rooms and kitchens.

Our people considered it one of the significant events in human life to enter a new house since ancient times. Today happy new tenants with pleasure welcomed visitors, offering them to taste food and sweets. They expressed a warm gratitude to Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Serdar for created comfortable conditions for life.

Having quoted a wise saying of Turkmen people “Well begin is half done”, Hero-Arkadag noted a great significance which is given to maintenance of happy and prosperous life of people and development of the younger generation.

Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also talked to children of the new tenant, who has got seven of them and showed an interest in their study, favourite subjects and their plans. Having told about their interests, children with enthusiasm and big pride recited verses.

Having handed gifts to children, the National Leader of the Turkmen people pointed out that now the issues connected with continuous increase of standard of living of Turkmen nationals, all-round education of the growing generation and its harmonious development are in the centre of attention of the state.

In addition, memorable gifts were given to the family of the deputy on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan. Then, at the request of new tenants, Hero-Arkadag was photographed with them for memory.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people once again congratulated new tenants and wished them well-being and to members of the family - happy life.

Having expressed sincere gratitude to Hero-Arkadag for personal participation in the present double holiday and having marked that for their family it was a great honour, owners of the house presented him as a gift with a festive bouquet.

Then, National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov left the place.

Thus, a new apartment house, which was constructed on the basis of national traditions and advanced town-planning experience, harmoniously fitted into an architectural ensemble of the residential area "Parahat-7" to display a bright sign of the modern epoch - epoch of triumph of the policy of head of the state Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the priority of which is creation of all conditions for worthy life of Turkmen nationals.
