Today, on the threshold of the national holiday of the Turkmen racer, in the capital the XIII meeting of the International Association of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding took taken place.
The conference hall of the Centre of International Associations of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding and “Türkmen alabaý itleri” became a venue of its next meeting.
The exhibition dated to the forum, where products of graphic, decorative-applied art, carpet and jeweller art, and photos devoted to "heavenly" racers were displayed. In all times, "winged" horses were and until now remain loyal friends and companions of our people, a source of its creative inspiration. The love and quivering relation to the Akhal-teke horse of Turkmen people is passed from generation to generation. All this has found its bright reflexion in remarkable works displayed at expositions.
The agenda of the meeting included a number of issues, including those ones of admission of new members into the Association, awarding of members of the Association who have held fruitful work with a view of development of the Akhal –Teke horse breeding in the world, state awards.
Further, the speech of foreign member of the International Association of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding, President of Association of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding of the Kingdom Spain Blanka de Toledo was listened online.
Taking an opportunity, she on behalf of all members of the International Association expressed her warm congratulations to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and all people of Turkmenistan in connection with the national holiday of the Turkmen racer.
The next one to speak online was foreign member of the Association, editor-in-chief of “Ahalteke inform” magazine (Russian Federation) Yulia Kuznetsova. The representative of the Russian Federation underlined that for her it was a great honour to congratulate the President of Turkmenistan, President of the International Association of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding Serdar Berdimuhamedov, and also all experts and fans of the Akhal –Teke horse with the national holiday of the Turkmen racer.
Then, speeches of foreign members of the Association, who were awarded honorary titles, were delivered online.
In his speech, Director of the Akhal-teke horse-breeding economy (Republic of Kazakhstan) Yakov Dik underlined that thanks to tireless care of the President of Turkmenistan "heavenly" racers are invariable participants of various celebrations not only in the hospitable Turkmen land, but also in other countries where they are bred.
The following to speak was private horse breeder from Canada Kerri Jo Stewart, who expressed to the President of Turkmenistan his deep gratitude for honorary title “Türkmenistanyň at gazanan atşynasy”, having noted that it became for her really an unforgettable event.
It was underlined that the Turkmen people have gained the richest experience, which nowadays is effectively used in combination with new technologies in horse-breeding branch. Today, at the disposal of horse breeders of the country - modern infrastructure, projects of which are equipped on the basis of advanced achievements of science.
According to the decision of the Board of the International Association of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding, new members were admitted into its structure.
In this connection, online speeches of new foreign members of the Association were delivered.
In his speech Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan (Republic of Turkiye), Rector of Kyrgyz-Turkish University "Manas", underlined that he welcomed the good news about admission into membership of the International Association of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding with sincere pride. Having expressed thereupon to the President of Turkmenistan his warm gratitude, the speaker also noted that he was very glad for the possibility to take part in the XIII meeting of the Association.
Further, the speech of Secretary General of the Horse-breeding Association of the People’s Republic of China Yue Guoafen who underlined that Akhal-teke horses with their stamina and beauty always admired the whole world was listened to. Since ancient times rulers of different countries wished to have "heavenly" horses whose value was invariably high, especially in China.
During the meeting, our compatriots for admission into membership of the Association also expressed their deep gratitude to President of Turkmenistan, President of the International Association of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
At the conclusion of the meeting, it was pointed out that important aspects of development of Akhal-Teke horse breeding in the present period were mentioned today and it was of great importance for further effective cooperation and exchange of best practices. It paves favourable prospects for all-round interaction in the branch, stimulus for development of new specific proposals and ideas, and also testifies to interest of both local and foreign horse breeders and other profile experts in strengthening and development of fruitful contacts.
Participants of the forum expressed their deep gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan, President of the International Association of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding Serdar Berdimuhamedov for his constant attention and support in issues of preservation and development of the best horse-breeding traditions of Turkmen people, which are an integral component of national and universal cultural heritage.
With the XIII meeting of the International Association of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding completed its work.
