Today, National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov as well as President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov offered the sadaka-agyzachar in memory of Malikguly aga and Ogulabat eje in the village of Yzgant.

Preservation and continuation of age-old national traditions, successiveness of spiritual and moral ideals in the new historical period act among priorities of the state policy initiated by Hero Arkadag and successfully realized under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

And today, after the Night of Omnipotence of sacred month Oraza, the National Leader of the Turkmen people and the head of the state, guided by precepts of ancestors, took part in the evening meal after fast breaking given in memory of their deceased relatives in the village of Yzgant. Organization of such events fully demonstrates adherence to old spiritual principles in the modern epoch and strive for goodness and nobleness. 

The holding of sadaka-agyzachar near the graveyard of Abdylla yshan in the village of Yzgant testifies to worthy continuation of exemplary national traditions. Joint meals after fast in Oraza month facilitate adjustment and strengthening of good relations, consolidation of society and preservation of successiveness of generations.

In the course of entire glorious and illustrious history of our people, traditions of sacred Oraza have been enriched with its moral views, principles and customs. Adherence to goodness –moral purity, humanism and benevolence made up in all times an inseparable part of national mentality and therefore, Turkmens express a special respect for Oraza, which is considered best one of months. 

The tradition of offering the sadaka-agyzachar in the sacred month takes its origin from time immemorial and today, it like all national traditions, has acquired its worthy continuation under the leadership and thanks to the support of Arkadagly Hajy Serdar, who successfully realizes undertakings of Hajy Arkadag.

Having thanked all for their respect and participation in the joint meal, Hero Arkadag noted that today a pilgrimage was made to the burial ground of Abdylla yshan in the village of Yzgant, where Malikguly aga and Ogulabat eje found their eternal peace, prayers were read for the peace of their souls in the paradise. May the Almighty accept read ayats–prayers, Hajy Arkadag continued his word.

National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov again expressed his gratitude to the gathered for their respect and attendance to the sadaka-agyzachar. 

Then, the mufti of Turkmenistan read a public prayer-tabarak. 

Upon the ritual meal the ayats-towir was read, prayers were made for Allah to accept the sadaka–agyzachar that was offered by Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Serdar.

Having thanked all once again for their respect, Hajy Arkadag pointed out that good recollections of those, who are gone, will live forever in our hearts.

Having said goodbye to the gathered, Hero Arkadag and President Serdar Berdimuhamedov left the place.

Today, like in every evening of sacred Oraza month, in the mosque of Gokdepe tarawa namaz was read, prayers were made for health and longevity of Hero Arkadag and Arkadagly Serdar, for success, their large scale work for the benefit of our people and happiness of our fatherland.

Our ancestors considered Oraza month as month of friendship, union, mutual respect, inspiration and love. Performance of tarawa-namaz gives human moral purity, spiritual renewal and firm belief in a good start in the life and augments strength for new achievements and high goals.

Age-old spiritual values and wise life principles of Turkmen people, who made a great contribution to enrichment of universal civilization serve as our national heritage. In adherence of our people to good traditions of ancestors, one can see reflection of spiritual essence of the nation with its age-old strive for purity of intentions and charity. 

May the Almighty accept today’s sadaka –agyzachar and tarawa-namaz!
