On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations to the Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Elizabeth II on the occasion of the Platinum Jubilee - the 70th anniversary of her accession to the throne, as well as her birthday.

“Thanks to the far-sighted government and tireless work over the past years, you have gained high prestige,” the message says.

Focusing on the fact that this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the head of state emphasized Her Majesty's separate contribution to the strengthening and intensification of bilateral friendly relations and expressed confidence in their progressive development.

Taking the opportunity, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed sincere wishes to Queen Elizabeth II of good health and happiness, and to the people of the United Kingdom - peace, well-being and prosperity.
