As a result of the Inter-Parliamentary Forum of the countries of Central Asia and the Russian Federation in Ashgabat, two agreements on cooperation were signed.

Also, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the Chairman of the Majlisi milli of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Rustami Emomali signed a Cooperation Agreement between the Halk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan and the Majlisi milli of the Majlisi Oli of Tajikistan.
