On October 25, President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov received Mr Ahmet Çalyk, Chairman of the Governing Council of “Çalyk Holding” Group of Companies. Expressing to the Head of the State his warm greetings and appreciation for taking the time for a private meeting, the businessman extended to the National Leader his cordial felicitations on the occasion of the upcoming national holiday, the 25th anniversary of Independence, and wishes for good health and success in his versatile activity, as well as for welfare and prosperity to the people of Turkmenistan. President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov thanked the guest for his congratulations and kind wishes and said that great importance was attached to strengthening fruitful business partnership with Turkish companies. Having stressed that the National Economic Strategy being pursued was aimed at forming an innovative industrial infrastructure and further improvement of the social sphere, the Turkmen Leader noted successful participation of the construction holding in major government projects. The meeting continued with the Turkish businessman reporting on progress of important joint projects including the construction of Garabogaz Carbamide Production Plant in Balkan province, Combined Cycle Power Plant within Mary HPS, etc. In this context, the national Leader drew the businessman’s attention to the necessity to comply with time frames and ensure the highest quality of construction works at projected facilities with employment of the most advanced technology. In concluding, the Head of “Çalyk Holding” expressed his deep appreciation for the trust placed in his company and assured President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov that “Çalyk Holding” under his leadership remained committed to reliable and responsible partnership with Turkmenistan.
