Today President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received the chairman of the board of the Ukrainian construction association “Interbudmontazh” Vladimir Petruk, who arrived in our country among foreign guests to participate in the celebrations on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the sacred independence of Turkmenistan.
