President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent condolences to President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping in connection with the numerous casualties, injuries and massive destruction that occurred in the country as a result of floods in Henan province.
On behalf of the people, the Government of the country and on his own behalf, the President of Turkmenistan conveyed words of sincere empathy and support at this difficult moment to the families, relatives and friends of the victims, as well as wishes for a speedy recovery to the victims.
