Certain results have been achieved in realization of ten-year Program of the organization in this sphere for 2005 – 2015, which allowed specifying new objectives and long-term goals in the second program document until 2026.

This initiative of Turkmen side has been determined as one of the main directions of the Agenda of the Organization in the sphere of innovations related to opening of scientific and technical centers until 2026.
