Petrochemical and textile production is leading by number of export transactions at the trades of the SCRMET

171 transactions have been registered at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.

For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from China, Turkey and Afghanistan have bought hydro-treated diesel fuel, petroleum bitumen, base oil and petroleum coke produced by Turkmenbashy Refinery Complex.

In addition, terry products and cotton yarn have been sold for foreign currency to businessmen from Russia and Kyrgyzstan. Total amount of transactions has exceeded 21,142,000 US dollars.

For local currency, representatives of business circles from the United Arab Emirates have bought tea drink with licorice to the amount of around 100,000 manats.

For local market, Turkmen businessmen have bought polypropylene and packing film as well as handmade carpets and cotton fiber. Total amount of transactions has exceeded 37,213,000 manats.
