The opening ceremony of four multi-apartment residential buildings has been held in administration center of Dashoguz Region.

Four-store buildings, two of which are designated for 32 apartments and two for 16 apartments, were built on Dashoguz Street by specialists of Gollibaý Business Entity. The facilities have been included to the composition of residential estate, which is formed on the territory released from old construction.

Special attention has been paid to quality and ecological safety of construction and decoration materials, comfortable conditions for living, development of surrounding territory during the construction of the buildings.

Three- and four-room apartments with improved planning have all necessary conditions. Each apartments have additional utility rooms. The area of four-room apartment is more than 200 sq. m., three-room apartment – 170 sq. m., the height of the rooms is more than three meters.

It is worth to mention that new apartments in the city are built with sharing participation of future tenants. Integrated measures for support of local business, wide attraction of private structures to construction market, which have become developers of the majority of multi-apartment residential buildings in various parts of Dashoguz, allowed to increase living fund significantly.

Representatives of regional and city administration, work collectives and public organizations, elders and youth took part in the opening ceremonies. The best construction personnel received valuable prizes.
