The presentation of the book by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ""The Spiritual World of the Turkmen"", published in French, took place in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry on December 23. The event brought together editors of newspapers and magazines, rectors, university professors and students of higher educational institutions as well as scientists. Scientist of the French National Centre for Scientific Research, Head of the Turkmen-French archaeological group (MAFTUR) archaeologist Julio Bendezu-Sarmiento and Head of the France-Turkmenistan Friendship Association Christian Bourdeille also joined the presentation in videoconference format. According to those speaking during the meeting, the new philosophical and literary work of the Turkmen leader is the result of many years of research work carried out by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who pays great attention to the study and widespread popularization of the cultural heritage of the Turkmen people, which made an invaluable contribution to the development of global civilization. In particular, archaeologist Julio Bendezu-Sarmiento, who has devoted many years to the study of the historical and cultural values of the Turkmen people, noted the high content of this work, based on historical facts. According to the scientist, Turkmenistan is the country of prosperity, where hospitality, generosity and friendship are one of its greatest treasures. In turn, Christian Bourdeille underlined the importance of publishing the book “The Spiritual World of the Turkmen” in French for the expansion of Turkmen-French relations - the main goal of the France-Turkmenistan Friendship Association. The publication of the book ""The Spiritual World of the Turkmens"" in French will promote strengthening of friendly relations between peoples of different countries. This event will contribute to further deepening and building up fruitful international cooperation, including in such important areas as the humanitarian, scientific and educational spheres.
