To: His Excellency, Mr. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, The President of Turkmenistan Expressing deep respect to Your Excellency, I would like to extend by sincere gratitude for active participation of Turkmenistan and support rendered to our country at the Geneva Conference for Afghanistan, which has become an another evidence friendly bilateral relations. I am glad that owing to support of friendly countries and international partners, Afghanistan has managed the hold this historical Conference despite the COVID – 19 pandemic. During last 20 years, Afghanistan has achieved considerable progress in restoration of the country and fulfilment of undertaken obligations in such directions as achieving of permanent peace, protection of human rights and democratic values, compliance with the Constitution as well as combating corruption, for which Afghan side has established relative special commission, with support of the world community. Finishing the letter, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Your Excellency again for active participation of Turkmenistan in the Geneva Conference.
