The 79^th session of the Interstate Coordination Water Management Commission of International Fund for Saving of Aral Sea (IFAS) has been held in video conference format with participation of the heads and specialists of profile ministries and departments of Central Asian counties including the State Water Management Committee of Turkmenistan. Wide range of subjects related to improvement of water management, ecological, social and economic situation in the basin of Aral Sea has been reviewed at the session. The reports on the results of work of the Basin Water Management Organizations Amudarya and Syrdarya have been presented at the session, limits of water consumption in new irrigation period and work of water cascades of the water reserves of transboundary rivers of the region have been approved as well as other issues have been reviewed. Relative Protocol has been signed by the outcomes of the session of the Interstate Coordination Water Management Commission of the IFAS.
