Today, the UNDP Turkmenistan Country Office has hold a working meeting via video conferencing with the participation of specialists of some ministries and agencies to discuss Action Plans for 2021. Having considered the priority areas of activities and main events for the upcoming year, UNDP representatives highlighted the Turkmen side’s constructive approach and ongoing massive efforts to develop trust-based, mutually rewarding cooperation. The meeting participants expressed confidence that President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov’s proactive position would continue to contribute to the successful implementation of new joint projects and programs, which would be important steps towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Our country was among the first nations to adapt the SDGs at the national level.
