It is mentioned in the greeting message that economic power of our independent neutral state is strengthened, modern technologies are successfully introduced to all spheres, social, living, cultural and educational level of our people is steadily increased these days. Constructive initiatives of Turkmenistan on current matters of regional and world politics made at regular 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly have created big interested in the world. Large-scale work is carried out at present time for improvement of legislative system of the state, protection of rights and freedoms of the citizens. Adoption of the Constitutional Law on Amendments and Addendums of the Constitution of Turkmenistan at regular session of the People’s Council of Turkmenistan was reflected in social and political life, democratic and legal system of the country. Historical events in the country inspire cultural personnel and art masters, all citizens for creative work and achievement of high targets. “Modern social and cultural facilities, residential buildings, industrial and production complexes are built and put into operation in the capital and regions of the Motherland. I am firmly confident that Jahan Creative Centre, which is opening on this day, has a bid role in activity for improvement of cultural sphere. The Jahan Centre has halls for big and small choreographic groups as well as premises for fitness, record studio, art studio, orchestra hall, workshop for handcraft artists and sewers, conference hall, gym, rehearsal rooms for vocal and instrumental ensemble and small chorus bands as well as other premises provided with advanced technologies and specialized equipment. Development and improvement of culture and art strengthen the unity and solidarity, increase patriotic feeling of Turkmenistan citizens. Therefore, steadfast development of cultural sphere, making of conditions for fruitful work and recreation of its personnel are among the main objectives” – the message of the President highlights.
