The World Track Cycling Championship to be held in Turkmenistan in October 2021

It was informed at the session of the Government that preparation to the World Track Cycling Championship in 2021 is carried out in Turkmenistan. According to the Resolution of the President, composition of organization committee has been established and approved. The utmost objectives of preparation and conduct of coming competitions on high level have been discussed at the session. In this regard, the Vice-premier M. Geldiniyazov has proposed on development of the draft Resolution on conduct of the World Track Cycling Championship in Ashgabat in 2021. This big competition is planned to be held track cycling complex of the Olympic village of the country in Ashgabat on October 13 – 17, 2021 according to the provisions of International Cycling Union. Having approved presented proposals on preparation to coming World Track Cycling Championship next year, the Head of the State requested to start active work in this direction.
