Residents of administrative centre of Lebap Region, Turkmenabat, have received an excellent present to the 29th anniversary of Turkmenistan. In ceremonial atmosphere, new tenants received keys from apartments in new residential complex of 14 four-storey buildings in the southern part of the city. New facility has been built by divisions of Lebapstry Production Association. Such private companies as Ýeňişli ýollar, Beýik sepgit, Amul ýoly Business Entity have made their contribution on shared basis. Each of 14 modern buildings have 24 two- and three-room apartments of improved planning. Total area of each two-room apartment is 115 square meters, 3-room apartment – 121 square meters. Construction personnel and designers have done a good work on set up of apartments. Kitchens have furniture and all appliances. Independent substation and boiler, which are located in special engineering block, provide uninterrupted provision of apartments with hot and cold water and electricity. Surrounding territory is developed and planted with trees and shrubs. Representatives of regional and city administrations, public organizations, honoured elders and youth took part in the events of occasion of opening of residential complex.
