Final of child song contest «Garaşsyzlygyň merjen däneleri» has been held in the Mukams Palace of the State Cultural Centre of Turkmenistan. The main goal of national art review is to find gifted children, support of their talent and initiation of growing generation to cultural values and music traditions of our people. Best of the best, 15 young artists, who have passed qualification stages of the contest, were the participants of gala concert. The contest has united more than thousand talented kids from all parts of the country. This year, which is held under slogan Turkmenistan – Home of Neutrality, «Garaşsyzlygyň merjen däneleri» art contest has received new content. Our country invariably demonstrates responsible approach to provision of the best living conditions of our youngest citizens, which wealth is a mandatory condition of stable state development. Having ratified the Convention of Child Rights, Turkmenistan has undertaken obligations for provision and protection of rights and interests of children. In this regard, it is worth to mention that our country work closely with the UN Children Fund (UNICEF). The concert was opened with literary and music composition “Turkmenistan – Home of Neutrality”. Wearing national dress of the world’s nations, the participants have sung songs in mother and foreign languages. Each performance was accompanied by choreographic bands and thematic video. Bright and emotionally rich composition has given tune to following performances. Each entry of the participants to the stage has been accompanied with original performance. Guests, members of Mukam Violin orchestra, artists of Turkmen State Puppet Theatre, winner of youth music contest ‘Star of the Year 2018” Myahri Pirguliyeva and «Ruhubelent çagalar» choreographic ensemble have presented their art gifts to the finalists and spectators. Names of six winners, representatives of each region and the capital, to whom prizes and diplomas have been awarded on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, have been chosen by the results of the contest. All finalists of art review have received gifts on behalf of the Head of the State.
