The procedures for the use and lease of pastures, rental rates and collection of leasing fees are approved

In order to efficiently use pastures, regulate relations related to the improvement and protection of pastures, as well as regulate land relations to protect the rights of their users and tenants, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, instructing the relevant officials to approve the appropriate Procedures for the use and lease of pastures, rental rates and collection of leasing fees. According to the document, velayat hyakims are instructed to ensure control over the timeliness of payments for the use of pastures. The Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Finance and Economy together with the Ministry of Justice are instructed to prepare proposals for amendments to the legislation of Turkmenistan arising from this Resolution and submit them to the Cabinet of Ministers within two months.
