President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has left on working trip for Lebap Velayat. At the session of the Government on June 5, the Head of the State informed on working trip to the regions of the country this month for inspection of the grain harvest campaign on sites and fulfilment of social programmes. Before leaving to the eastern region, Turkmen leader held working meeting with participation of Vice-premier Sh. Durdiliyev and Hyakim of Ashgabat Ya. Gylyjov. Development of Turkmen capital, work rates at the facilities planned to be opened by the 25th anniversary of neutrality of the country, conditions for comprehensive holidays of the citizens were the main subjects of the session. The Head of the State holds implementation of major reforms in Ashgabat and the country in general under personal control paying special attention to creation of comfortable conditions for life of people, wide implementation of advanced technologies and provision of ecological wealth. The President regularly inspects the construction of various facilities, projects of development of the city, modernization of engineering and technical road and transport infrastructure. Integrated urban programme and the strategy of social and economic development of Ashgabat in general are oriented to active use of innovations and the best world practice. The President highlights that during construction of new facilities, it is necessary to provide its targeted and considered operation , establishment of integrated social and living, engineering and technical, transport and communication infrastructure. These requirements including compliance with ecological standards and orientation to achievements of profile science are equally related to all building and facilities in the country. Therefore, creation of green park zones have to be provided during development of projects using advanced technologies and development in the sphere of landscape design. During the session, the Head of the State highlighted the aspect of provision of comfortable recreation of citizens and guests of Turkmen capital, creation of conditions for active leisure. The lake located in the northern part off Ashgabat is one of such places. According to the request of the president, it is planned to create modern recreation zone at the lake. The beginning of construction of new facilities at the banks of the lake initiated by the Head of the State is another important step toward improvement of cultural and recreation industry of the capital. As is known, the President of Turkmenistan has visited the picturesque place during his recent working trip around Ashgabat, having focused on wonderful features and favourable natural environment. Having highlighted the relevance of formation of modern recreation infrastructure at the lake, the Head of the State noted that big entertainment complexes and water amusements have to be built together with facilities including necessary range of services for the tourists. At the same time, ecological component has to be taken into consideration. Therefore, this territory will be the place of attraction of lovers and supporters of interesting leisure and active holidays both from Ashgabat and guests of the capital. Having noted that following the tradition to give names meeting the spirit of time, the President of Turkmenistan suggested to name the lake as Altyn Köl. After working session, the President left Ashgabat International Airport for Lebap Velayat. After certain time, the aircraft of the President of Turkmenistan has landed in Turkmenabat International Airport where the Head of the State was met by officials. Working trip of the Head of the State to Lebap Velayat is continued.
