Preparation of National report to the UN Committee for Children Rights was the main subject of working session held in video conference format in the building of the United Nations in Ashgabat. Representatives of ministries and departments under Interdepartmental Commission for provision of fulfilment of international obligations of Turkmenistan in human rights and international humanitarian rights took part in online meeting organized together with the UNICEF Representative Office in our country. It was mentioned that Turkmenistan demonstrates responsible approach to provision of conditions for comprehensive and harmonic development of growing generation, which has wide opportunities for receiving quality education of the level of the world standards. The Programme of improvement of activity of children pre-school facilities in the sphere of early child development and improvement of readiness of child to school in 2020 – 2025 is aimed at this. Reviewing success achieved in Turkmenistan, the participants of the session highlighted that this success is an evidence of social orientation of Turkmenistan’s policy, which is based on comprehensive care of harmonic development of growing generation, which is reflected in the fact of election of our country to the members of the UNICEF Executive Council in 2018 – 2022.
