Special seminar held in video conference format in Ýyldyz Hotel of the capital was dedicated to medical methods used in work of checkpoints for counteracting of dangerous infectious diseases. Participants of the seminar, which was organized together with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, were familiarized with measures for provision of sanitary and epidemiological safety used in the world, in particular the procedure of medical test of people crossing the border. In this regard, practice of Turkmenistan and joint work with other countries in counteracting of spread of infectious diseases received high appraisal. Having shared the views on this range of problems, the participants of online meeting also highlighted the necessity of coordinated activity under international cooperation and continuation of similar meetings.
