In accordance with centuries-old traditions, firmly rooted in the consciousness and life of the people, an agzachar-sadaka is given in honor of this holy Night, during which people recite prayers and express their best wishes to each other. “Virtue, justice, mercy form the basis of the spiritual values of our people. Therefore, in the year marked with the motto “Turkmenistan is the homeland of Neutrality”, following these traditions, guided by humane principles, in honor of the blessed Gadyr gijesi, we release people who have repented of their deeds and are ready to start a new life. “Carefully preserving material and spiritual values, moral standards that bind and unite generations, we achieve the harmonious development of society. In public policy, we focus on our heritage as a fount of wisdom. “Based on the creative work of our native people, the powerful potential of the national economy, and the traditions of our ancestors, we pay special attention to the further progress of Turkmenistan towards new heights of development, successfully implementing socio-economic, cultural, educational, and socio-political reforms. We carry out large-scale work aimed at ensuring the prosperity of the country, beautifying cities and villages, improving the social and living standards of Turkmen citizens. “We pay particular attention to the popularization of the spiritual and material values of our people all around the world as the most important condition for establishing friendly relation with the world community. Having laid the principles of good neighborliness and humanism as the basis of our foreign policy strategy, we systematically implement the policy of wide international cooperation. “We create opportunities to strengthen the cultural and scientific dialogue between countries and peoples, which contributes to the enrichment of humanitarian ties”.
