In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Gylydjov Chary is severely reprimanded for the improper execution of the official duties, weakening control over the activities of the ministries and departments under his supervision.
